EXHIBITION FORMAT

Hot Rod Car Exhibition with various kind of vehicle and type: Truck, Sedan, Coupe, Van, Limo and forth with a variety of custom models of change: Street Rod, Pro Street Rod, Billet Rod, Traditional Rod, Rat Rod and Rod Show.
The exhibition will choose one favorite Hot Rod Cars chosen by the HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION visitors - KUSTOMFEST 2012 and will entitled to prizes and awards.

REGISTRATION & FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPANTS

Registration Fee:

HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION - KUSTOMFEST 2012: IDR 500.000,00 (Five hundred thousand Rupiah) / car.

Facilities for Participants:

The participants will get these facilities:

• 1 (one) Exclusive T-Shirt.
• 1 (one) Certificate of Participation.
• 2 (two) ID Card.
• 2 (two) tickets Kustomfest Welcoming Party

The submission of all the facilities will be given when re-registration

REGISTRATION MECHANISM

Registration I :

• The participant candidates of KUSTOMFEST 2012 fill the registration form (download here) - send via post or e-mail to the office’s address
• The participant candidates of KUSTOMFEST 2012 submit photos & Hot Rod cars specification.

Registration II :

• The participant Candidate of HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION KUSTOMFEST 2012 received confirmation from the organizer about the pass or not passes the qualification of registration
• Register / Re-register the HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION requirements - KUSTOMFEST 2012.
• Register / Re-register no more than Friday, October 6th, 2012 at 10.00 PM.
• Pay the Registration Administration based on the KUSTOMFEST 2012 requirements.

DATA SUBMISSION

At the time of re-registration, the participants must bring :

• Proof of registration.
• Payment receipt of registration administration.
• Copy of ID (KTP / SIM).
• Fill the form of car ownership letter with stamp (the letter will be provided by the organizer).

PARTICIPANTS’ RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

Participants’ rights :

• Eligible to get the competition facility based on the provisions
• Entitled to join the provision of competition and the series of Kustomfest 2012 activities.

Participants’ obligations:

• The participants are responsible to follow and obey all the terms, conditions and the regulations of the HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION - 2012 KUSTOMFEST. All of the Participants must obey the rules and strictly prohibited to start her car at the exhibition except by the request of the organizer.
• The participants have to attend the technical meeting, scrutineering (car feasibility test) and follow a predetermined schedule of Kustom Show.

CLASS AND CATEGORIES

A. Hot Rods CHOICE 2012

• Open to all kind, type and model of hot rod custom car
• The assessment will be based on the choice of visitors using the voting system
• The voting system will use registration and every visitor only have right to vote once

B. Media & Guest Star Pick * (To be Confirm)

• All cars that joining the contest automatically registered in this class.
• The Winner chosen as the favorite choice of Media & Guest Star KUSTOMFEST 2012.

TYPES OF HOT ROD CARS

Hot Rod cars with various types of vehicle and type: Truck, Sedan, Coupe, Van, Limo, etc. with various custom models of Street Rod, Pro Street Rod, Billet Rod, Traditional Rod, Rat Rod and Show Rod.

The whole instrument that inserted on Hot Rod Cars must have normal function.

THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The minimum number of participants are 10 (Ten) cars, if the number of participants does not fulfill the quota, the Best People Choice award  will be only Award & Letter of Achievement, and a cash prize will be eliminated, the registration fee is not refundable.

SCRUTINEERING

Scrutineering I

• All of the Participant must bring and show the proof of registration form.
• Violation of scrutineering time for any reason will abort the participants. Still, the participants has right to display the car without joining the category of Hot Rod People Choice (registration fee will not be refund).

Scrutineering II

After scrutineering I, the participant’s car must join scrutineering cars II to check feasibility test of the car function before entering the car display area. It is useful to prove that the Hot Rod car is roadworthy (driveable).

• Participants have the opportunity for 2 (two) minutes to start the engine.
• The car engine is required to be stationary.
• The Instrument test is the attached to the vehicle
• Doing ‘Stop and Go’ across the track or the track (0) Oval.
• Pass Scrutineering  is affixed on the windshield (lower right corner)of the Hot Rod Cars

HOT ROD DISPLAY LOAD IN AND LOAD OUT

Load In Hot Rod Cars :

• Friday, October 5th, 2012 At 02.00 PM - 10.00 PM

Load Out Hot Rod Cars :

• After the event ends (Sunday, October 7th, 2012 10.00 PM - End)

Note:

• For participant’s car handover at the time when the event is over, done by showing ID card and  registration form and return the handover form to the organizer.
• If the registration form or handover form is missing, participants incur a fine IDR 100.000, - (A Hundred Thousand Rupiah) and the participant must show the complete form for the vehicle / car participant’s handover.

CAR DISPLAY

• The car display is highly recommended to be well organized and attractive (based on the category and organizer’s provision)
• The participants are not allowed to move his car apart from a place that will be provided by the organizer.
• The participants are not allowed to bring and add a stage/ level and display accessories except the car specs.
• The participants are allowed to bring supporting lighting (up to 500 watts)
• The organizer provide the time for participants to prepare the Hot Rod car.

SCORING

The assessment will be based on the visitors’ choice by using voting system.

The car that get the highest number of voting will be considered as of most expressed as the Best People Choice HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION - KUSTOMFEST 2012.

DISQUALIFICATION

Participants who violate and / or do not meet the rules of this competition (start from the opening of registration until the end of the competition) and proved to violated the provisions of the competition will be disqualified.
If there are any participant that proved doing violation / fraud then the participant will be  abort immediately without any terms. The things that can abort are as follows (including but not limited to):

• Manipulate the Registration data.
• Changing the custom that violates the rules.
• Elements of custom creation is offensive and cause a potential conflict of racism, consist of tribe, race and religion).
• Proven still involved in the case with the appropriate authorities (police).
• Proven use of illegal drugs at the time when the event is held
• Perform any unsportsmanlike act that committed by the objective to win the competition.
• And another violates that proven breaking the rules and injure the value of sportsmanship KUSTOM FEST 2012

And if the participant has occupied the position as one of the champions, the title will be revoked and the participant must return all the prizes given to the organizer as a whole and complete without any exception.

If you have any shortage, damage and other harmful things on the prize, the participant are required to replace it completely and make written agreement with the organizer.

SAFETY

Organizer provides security around the competition area. Security has the right to refuse participants who do not show the sign of participation that issued by the organizer.

PUBLICATIONS AND BROADCAST

• All of the HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION KUSTOMFEST 2012 participant’s cars - specifically for the purpose of publication, photography and broadcast became the wholly right of the organizer
• If there are other parties who will use the appropriate interest above, he/she  must get written permission and by the knowledge of the organizer.

PROTESTS

HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION -KUSTOMFEST 2012 winning decisions is absolutely based on the voting of KUSTOMFEST 2012 visitors, the vote is absolute and inviolable.

PARTICIPATIONS

HOT ROD CARS EXHIBITION - KUSTOMFEST 2012 is open to public based on the established rules and regulations.

INSURANCE

Each participant in this competition is recommended to have insurance from a third party. For vehicle insurance against the damage and accident or occurrence beyond the control of the committe (force majuere) at the time of the competition became the responsibility of the driver or the participants.
